It is true that we have to have a great plan or goal in life. But we are also taught that when we set a plan or goal, it should be SMART (Simple, Measurable, Realistic and Time bound).
A simple plan could also be great if it will be realized through the effort of the whole team; if the right talents and skills are properly utilized and maximized; if each member of the team is given a chance to showcase his talents and skills based on his or her capabilities and interest; if each member of the team is given a chance to be heard. My fellow Letranites, we practiced and observed all of these in our team.
Thank you for making this event a successful and meaningful one. The learning points that we all acquired from this event - from conceptualization to implementation - will definitely from each one of us to become more responsible and realistic in making any plan in our future endeavor.

The individual members of the organizing team of his SWP-GREEN CONVENTION - DAY 2 perform best because they feel that they are valued, trusted and most of all respected. Our creativity and willingness to give part of us to make this event an extra-ordinary and successful one comes out because we are motivated not threatened to do so.
We have disagreements in some areas but most of the time we have harmony and conformity. Each of you is aware that we have our own weaknesses; but we believe that these weaknesses are no match to our strengths that makes us exist and work as a whole team - with each and individual uniqueness and differences but perfect to make a whole united team.
Just like you, I am happy and proud to have each one of you in this team. You are extra-ordinary because you do an ordinary thing in an extra ordinary way. You went through a process of owning our goals as individual goals.
